What is the wedding ceremony “Audio Tribute” product all about?

The "Audio Tribute" product is a magical and moving addition to any wedding ceremony:
- The future bride and groom are separately “interviewed” and recorded (online Zoom session)…each telling their love story…expressing their affection for their partner and dreams for the future.
- The best moments are edited together (and a music backdrop added)…the final 4-minute audio piece is played by the officiant during opening remarks to the congregation at the wedding ceremony.

How much does the Audio Tribute cost?

A four-minute finished product, with 1-4 interview participants and music background costs $375.

How long does it take to get the finished product?

Allow a few days to work with our team to discuss the creative approach, and then we’ll schedule the interview sessions with you.
Once the last interview session is completed, it takes approximately 7 days to create the first rough cut, then we allow 4 days to get back customer comments, and then another 7 days to deliver the finished product. So about 3 weeks from the date of the last interview until final delivery.

How many people can participate (be interviewed/recorded/included) in the Audio Tribute?

1-4 people is standard; if you want more, this may be possible with a package upgrade

How does the interview/recording take place?

An appointment day/time will be mutually agreed on and the interview will take place via Zoom (online or via cellphone).

How long does the interview take?

Usually 30 minutes, although can go up to 60 minutes if necessary.

What are the interview questions?

The exact questions are not provided in advance, in order to preserve the feeling of spontaneity. Generally, the questions are often something like:
- Where did you grow up, what was it like?
- How did you meet your partner?
- What do you like best about your partner?
- What do you hope for the future?

Can I have a musical background in my Audio Tribute?

Yes, we can offer a selection of beautiful instrumental music as a background.
If you want something special, we’ll have to discuss/explore the details to ensure that no copyright violations are encountered.

How does my Audio Tribute get delivered to me?

The audio tribute will be a digital .mp3 file that will be emailed to you.

How do I play the Audio Tribute for the congregation at my wedding?

Often at a wedding ceremony or reception party there is a sound system. The Audio Tribute mp3 file would be “played” on any typical computer or cel phone app that plays music (i.e. Quicktime) while connected via cable to the sound system (usually via the headphone out/in jack).
